🤯I don’t know about you, But there are times in my life when my mind doesn’t shut down. My mind is constantly thinking of things that I need to do, places I need to be, and the past, the present, and the future; however, what I have found to help me through those moments of overthinking over, analyzing, and overdoing is a grounding myself, and taking time to be with silence so I can align my mind, body, and soul that brings me back to a neutral, calm and powerful place, as well as connecting to my inner truth and life’s purpose.
🧘🏽♀️And one of the best ways to bring my mind back to that neutral place or refocus my mind is to create AFFIRMATIONS that align with the emotion and motivation, and goals that I am striving to achieve.
